This class will focus on the back muscles, particularly the lower back where people seem to have the most issues. Yogi Vonetta will gently guide you through a low-impact yoga session designed to loosen the tension in your back and allow for more flexibility. ALL levels of experience are welcome, and chair yoga can be an option for those unable to get on the floor. Remember, yoga is for EVERYONE!
